Job Description

    Position: VIP International Sales ExecutiveType: Full-TimeDepartment: Sales (International Outbound Telesales)Job Summary:S*h**d is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for the role of VIP International Sales Executive. This role involves outbound international telesales, collections, and renewals targeting high-value clients. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with a minimum of 6 months of prior international telesales experience.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle international outbound calls to engage VIP clients for sales, collections, and renewals.
    • Deliver high-quality customer interactions, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
    • Maintain records of client communications and follow-ups in the CRM system.
    • Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and enhance their experience with S*h**.
    Required Qualifications and Skills:
    • Educational Requirement: Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).
    • Experience: At least 6 months in international telesales, collections, or renewals.
    • Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
    • Age Limit: 23 to 39 years.
    • Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive selling abilities, and problem-solving skills.
    Compensation and Benefits:
    • Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 (in-hand, based on experience) Incentives.
    • 100 per night as night allowance in addition to the salary.
    • On-payroll position with additional benefits.
    Work Schedule:
    • Shift Timing: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM (Night Shift).
    • Weekly Off: 2 rotational days off.
