• Proven experience in managing BI & Data Warehousing projects using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Typically manages individual contributors. Monitors consultant activities and performance on projects (e.g., read status reports, respond to staffing and availability issues, pro-actively seek out project performance reviews, etc.).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and other Oracle BI tools.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and Business Intelligence solutions.
• Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, ETL processes, and BI reporting.
• Hands-on experience in data modeling (Dimensional Modeling, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics, cloud architecture, and data warehousing.
