  1. Strong in core java. Should have excellent understanding of some of core design patterns used in java / j2ee applications.
  2. Solve complex architecture/design & business problems, work to simplify, optimize, remove bottlenecks, etc.
  3. Architect, design & develop automation to reduce toil, improve recoverability, availability, latency & scalability of supported applications.
  4. Mentor and coach engineers to be curious and effective at discovering and solving technical challenges.
  5. Should have hands-on experience developing microservices using Java/Spring Boot, Spring Eureka.
  6. Hands-on experience on JPA, transaction management.
  7. Hands-on experience on JWT and OAuth.
  8. Should have knowledge of system design, architecture.
  9. Hands-on experience in core java, webservices, servlets, industry standard framework like hibernate/spring, REST Development.
  10. Good knowledge of SQL with Oracle is must.
  11. Should have worked on applications using WebLogic application server.
  12. Experience on Oracle Cloud would be an added advantage.
