Based in Bangalore, the team prides itself on a culture that emphasizes exceeding customer expectations while fostering strong relationships. The mission of the Services Delivery team is to provide exceptional value to clients, ultimately aiming to shorten their return on investment through dedicated support and expertise in cutting-edge technology.You will report to the Senior Manager of Professional Services, who embodies a leadership style that prioritizes mentorship and fosters a collaborative environment. The position will require you to work onsite at the customer location, where you will be expected to be in the office five days per week, allowing you to engage directly with clients and ensure the effective delivery of services.This role will involve some travel, offering exciting opportunities to attend internal team events or training sessions overseas. This travel not only enhances professional development but also promotes cross-cultural collaboration within the organization, giving you a global perspective on the industry.Your Role

Deliver Day-Two IT Virtualization services and support to clients onsite.
Plan and execute deployment, installation, and configuration of Nutanix core products.
Manage SW/FW upgrades, DR planning, and VM lifecycle management activities.
Collaborate with team members on DevOps and cloud implementation efforts.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across development, testing, and production environments.
Document processes and improvements for system scalability and reliability.
Foster robust customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
Establish a foundational understanding of Nutanix and VMware technologies within the first year.

What You Will Bring

5-7 years of experience in an IT enterprise environment, with 3 years focused on Virtualized IT environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in handling escalations.
Experience with deployment, installation, and configuration of Nutanix core products.
Proficiency in capacity planning, disaster recovery, and VM lifecycle management.
Relevant Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
Industry certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCAP, VCIX, CCNA, CCIA, and RHCE are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools for deployment and operations.

Work ArrangementHybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence.
