Job Description

    You are invited to attend an interview on 23rd-Aug-25 at Mysuru location at Infosys BPM Limited in Mysore, Karnataka, India. The interview will be held from 9 AM till 12 PM at Infosys Campus Gate 2, No. 350, Hebbal Electronics City, Hootagalli, Mysuru, Karnataka 570027. Please note that a domain assessment will be conducted during the interview, so kindly carry simple calculators for the same.The ideal candidate for this position should be a commerce graduate (BCom/BBA/MBA/MCom) with 1 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, specifically in PTP/RTR/OTC domains. Immediate joiners or those with a notice period of 30 days are preferred. The job may involve working in UK Shifts/Night Shifts at either Mysuru or Bengaluru.Job Description - PTP:- Invoice Processing (PO and Non-PO)- Vendor query Resolution- Employee expense Processing- Statement Reconciliation- Vendor Clearing- Other monthly reporting- Good written and verbal communication- Hands-on working knowledge of SAPExperience and Qualification:- Minimum 15 years of education with 2 years of prior work experience in AP processes- Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes- Active team player with good communication and documentation skills- Sound analytical & interpersonal skills- Understanding of relevant F&A Processes- Strong customer orientation- Problem-solving skillsJob Description - OTC:- Cash Application and allocation- Understanding on Credit Management- Credit Insurance and follow-up- Forecasting of cash flows- Order approvals- Other Monthly Reporting- Good written and verbal communication- Minimum 1 year of experienceJob Description - RTR:- Journal entry processing- Balance sheet reconciliation- Month-end tasks and reporting- Fixed asset accounting- Inventory accounting (limited requirement)- Standard costing (limited requirement)- Good written and verbal communication- Hands-on working knowledge of SAP- Execute day-to-day operational tasks- Deliver as per agreed timelines- Adhere to SLAs- Identify and execute process improvement opportunitiesTo excel in the assessment and interview, it is recommended to prepare for the following topics:- Classification of Accounting- Key Accounting Concepts- Fundamental Accounting Assumptions- Accounting Policies- Types of Accounts- Double Entry system- Journal Entries- Posting to Ledger- Preparation of Trial Balance- Subsidiary Books- Rectification of Errors- Adjusting Entries- Bank & Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation- Inventory Valuation- Fixed Assets, Depreciation, Sale of assets- Preparation of Financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash flow)- Ratio AnalysisWe look forward to meeting you at the interview.
