Job Description

As a Process Executive at Infosys BPM Ltd., Mysore, your role will involve the following:**Role Overview:**You will be responsible for providing excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and quick thinking to independently resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, you will be expected to possess strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening skills, and the capability to quickly grasp process knowledge. Multi-tasking, proactive attitude, and respect towards clients are key attributes required for this role. Time management skills to ensure value-added client interactions will be crucial.
