Job Description

Role Overview:As a Medical Imaging Domain Expert with 6 to 13 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to develop and lead partnerships and alliances with external partners for the Imaging CoE within the Medical Devices & Life Sciences (MDLS) business. You will interface with multiple stakeholders within L&T Technology Services (LTTS) across various sites to understand customer propositions, identify gaps, and maintain relationships with external partners to provide value to customers.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor industry and technological trends in the Healthcare Industry, especially in the Digital Health space and Medical Imaging.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop customer value propositions and validate them with beta customers and stakeholders in the healthcare community.- Explore 3rd party solutions for building integrated offerings and build a partnership ecosystem with startups, OEM players, hospitals/providers, academia, etc., in emerging areas to enhance customer value.- Devise strategies to develop solutions, re-usable components, and evolve existing offerings to meet customer needs by leveraging external partnerships.- Communicate program charters, milestones, define Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and align internal goals with partner relationships.- Track, measure, and report the business impact of alliances/partnerships on lead generation, deal conversion, deal sizes, and partner team performance to senior management.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science or related field.- Exposure to Medical Imaging.- 8 years of Medical industry experience with at least 3 years in Business Development or Practice.- Passion for technology, drive to enable company growth through external partnerships.- Collaboration skills, strong communication and presentation abilities, relationship-building skills, and cultural sensitivity in working with diverse teams.,
