Job Description

He will have to carry out DMT Business, AEPS, New retailer onboarding.

He will have to appoint New distributors and Super distributors in order to have proper market coverage.

He should be working in Same area for last 2-3 years and min handling of 10-12 Crores of Business.

He will have to scale up in ID sales and should have the capacity to sell New IDs for acquisition.

As an ASM he will have to manage a team 4-5 people. He should be proficient in people management.
He must have understanding of AEPS Business and take it at next level and have ability to create the market.

He should be agile in market and must have an eye on competitor and should be ready to have counter fight with them and grab our Share.
