Job Description

JobSummary:The customer relationship manager will be responsible for generating, Identifying and closing new sales leads to meet monthly or quaterly sales targets. The role will include pitching/selling web solutions to new prospects on phone/email/on-site and maintaining fruitful relationship with existing customers by Interacting them to get their query resolved and updates done.Pre-requisites :

  • Ability to handle sales/support requests from clients on phone/email/on-site. Should be motivated self starter and like working on fast-paced projects.
  • Ability to work independently and on client site with IT fluency and strong communication with knowledge of the industry.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi (other regional language).
Qualification :Any graduate or PG/MBA in MarketingExperience :1- 2 Years (Preferably in IT background)Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Reasearching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new market.
  • Reasearching other companies and learning who makes decision about purchasing and start pitching them for sales.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport & setup meetings and planning or overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Preparing PPT presentations, sales displays, write reports and provide feedback to upper management about what is and is not working.
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email and in-person.
