Job Description

    1.Meeting Daily delivery requirements as per PPC plan and customer requirements, responsible for handling manpower, production targets and adherence to delivery. 2.Driving capacity enhancement, productivity improvement, manufacturing flexibility , cost saving and other innovation projects. 3. Manpower planning & effective utilization. 4. Ensuring the machine & equipment health by improving on PM adherence & quality. Working on reliability centered maintenance. 5. Monitoring & controlling PQCDSM parameter through DWM approach. 6. Ensuring use of proactive quality tool like FMEA & focusing to prevent generation of defect by strengthening the process to deskill the manufacturing process. 7. Periodic review with all customers to ensure product quality & delivery. 8. Driving New product development to ensure First time right & on-time product delivery by identifying the improvement through DFMEA ,PFMEA to ensure product & process quality are designed robust. 9. Monitoring & controlling revenue expenses to improve on operational cost YOY. 10.Continuous improvement on manufacturing conversion cost focusing on personnel , R&M & Power cost. 11.Planning of capex for strengthening & smoothening the process, debottlenecking , cost reduction & safety. 12.Adherence to Integrated Management System (IMS), consists of requirements of following standards ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018. 13.Ensuring sustainability parameter achievement & legal compliances. 14. Ensuring safety at work place by focusing on BBS, JSA, HIRA, worksation Ergonomics improvement to ensure zero injury & accident. 15.Manage discipline on shop floor and maintain 5S. 16. Focusing on capability building of team , gender diversity & Team ESI. Preferred Industries Manufacturing Education Qualification Bachelors of Technology/Bachelor of Engineering General Experience 15 to 20 years of experience working in a manufacturing setup. Had worked in the capacity of head of the department.A candidate who worked in engine assembly and the testing domain will be preferred.
