Our focus is to provide our customers with scalable, futuristic, and end-to-end Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing solutions.Staffing Specialist (Resource Management Group- RMG)Job Location: NagpurNo. Of Positions: 2Job Type: Full Time Work with all the AMs to ensure all the Open Positions are Tracked and Closed Work with Sales to be on top of pipeline opportunities and accordingly ensure the staffing readiness. SLA and TAT to be managed. Work with Planning team to be aware of growth projections and accordingly ensure capacity planning and fulfilment. Bench Management by working closely with Practices. / COEs and AMs Ensure a proper demand is flowing to TA Team for timely recruitment and closures. Ensure Vendor Management for Sub-Con fulfilment. Management, Mentoring and Coaching to ROM Team from a fulfilment perspective. Should be able to understand and manage Senior to Junior Ratio, Rotation Aspects Anchors to start the new logos. Training and Certification requirements by working closely with AMs and Practices / COEs Optimize the Allocation and Making decision to ensure right allocations Low Rate Vs High Rate, Long Terms Vs Short Term, Direct Vs Partners, Onsite Vs Remote, Growth Vs StagnantSkills Minimum 4 to 6 Years of experience as a Staffing Manager / Resource manager/PMO in IT Services Industry Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical skill requirements, preferred to have background of Data analytics field. Exceptional customer communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. MBA from a Premium Institute is preferred. Experience as PM in IT will be an added advantage,
