    Job Title: Academic CounsellorLocation: Mumbai (Andheri East)Qualification: Minimum 12th GradeCompensation: Industry StandardWorking Days: Monday to SaturdayOffice Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PMJob Overview:As an Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing academic guidance and support to prospective students. Your role will involve explaining course offerings, career pathways, and assisting students throughout the admission process. This position demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and their families.Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide guidance on academic programs to prospective students.
    • Help students understand course details, fees, curricula, and prerequisites.
    • Support students through the admission process, including applications, interviews, and document verification.
    • Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversions and admissions.
    • Conduct presentations, webinars, and in-person interactions to highlight course benefits.
    • Keep accurate records of counseling sessions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
    • Offer career advice, including guidance on job opportunities, certifications, and upskilling in the analytics field.
    • Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to meet enrollment targets.
    • Stay informed on current education and analytics trends to provide relevant, up-to-date guidance.
    • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
    Ideal Candidate Profile:
    • At least 1 year of experience in sales.
    • Strong proficiency in English communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken).
    • A dynamic, competitive, and enthusiastic personality with strong negotiation abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
