Job Description

    Dear Candidate,I hope you are doing well. We are currently hiring for customer service role2. Process: E-Commerce (Apparel Brand)3. About Process: Inbound Voice Process 4. Requirements: Minimum 1 Year Experience in E-commerce background Any BPO voice experience will do / Customer Service is Good to Go Freshers cannot apply5. Gender: Male/Female 6. Location: Prabhadevi7. Salary: Max 25k 4k monthly Incentives8. Qualification: HSC Passed9. Age Criteria: up to 35 years10. Travel Boundaries: Central - Till Thane; Western - Till Mira road; No Harbour line11. Travel Allowance: NA (self travel)12. Week Offs: Any 1 Rotational Off13. Workdays: 6 Days14. Shift Timings: 9 AM - 9 PM (Any 9 hours)15. Rounds of Interview: HR > Aptitude Test > Final RoundRequirements:
    1. Excellent communication skills in English.
    2. Minimum 6 months/ 1 years of experience in BPO Industry (Freshers welcome if applicable).
