Job Description

    Application Support Engineer with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in SQL and Linux, and have exposure to the brokerage domain, specifically in Equity and F&O (Futures & Options).Key Responsibilities
    • Provide L1/L2 application support for trading/brokerage applications.
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application uptime.
    • Perform data analysis and write complex SQL queries for issue investigation and reporting.
    • Handle Linux-based server environments for deployment, log analysis, and script execution.
    • Interact with internal teams (development, QA, infrastructure) and external vendors for issue resolution.
    • Maintain documentation for processes, incident reports, and troubleshooting guides.
    • Support end users and respond promptly to service requests and incidents.
    Must-Have Skills
    • Strong proficiency in SQL (including joins, stored procedures, data analysis).
    • Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Good understanding of incident management and ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
    Good to Have
    • Domain knowledge or prior experience in Equity and F&O (Futures and Options).
    • Exposure to brokerage systems and market regulations.
    • Scripting knowledge (Shell/Python) for automation and log parsing.
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Experience: 3 to 6 years
    • Location: Navi Mumbai (On-site role)
    • Notice Period: Immediate joiners will be given high preference
