Job Description

    We have an excellent opportunity for the role of Application Support(1 year Contractual) based out of Navi Mumbai location. BE/BTech Computer Science or equivalent Need to have around 3-10 years of experience to manage Application Operations with functional Telecom knowledge including recharge & payment journey. Knowledge on Shell scripting, Linux, PL/SQL, SQL and Database (Oracle, MySQL etc.) related knowledge Hands-on experience on middleware related technologies i.e., WebLogic/Tomcat/JBoss Knowledge on Docker, Kubernetes and Jenkins including implementation of microservice architecture would be an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem identification and problem-solving skill including capability to identify DB & Network related issues. Should have ownership and driving skill to support production incidents/issues and ensure quick resolution in co-ordination with development, delivery, business, and other operations teams. Flexible to work in 24/7 shift to. support production issues, do analysis and execute planned/unplanned deployment & configuration. Should have knowledge to assess the solution & design delivered by development team, review changes and do impact assessment, scalability and sizing. Good inter-personal and communication skills, both orally and written,
