Job Description

    We have an opening for the position of Assistant Manager Governance & Compliance. Please find the details below:Position Title: Assistant Manager Governance & Compliance Role: IS Governance and Compliance Reporting To: Manager / AVP IS Governance and ComplianceKey Responsibilities:
    • Assist in program management of Third-Party Cyber Risk Management for Information and Cyber Security.
    • Ensure compliance with Third-Party Cyber Risk Management framework of the regulator (IRDAI) and State Bank Group.
    • Participate in vendor selection discussions.
    • Design training materials for contract managers, third parties, and external parties to comply with SBILs security requirements.
    • Design and review risk assessment templates, risk categorization of vendors, and conduct Technology Risk Assessments.
    • Perform timely review of Information Security Policy / Procedures / Standards related to Third-Party Cyber Risk Management.
    • Work closely with various teams to ensure effective implementation of Information Security controls.
    • Participate in review of RFPs, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Vendor Contracts.
    • Ensure inclusion of relevant Information Security clauses in agreements as per policy and regulatory requirements.
    • Keep updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting Information and Cyber Security.
    • Assist in Information Security Awareness programs, maintaining attendance and test results.
    • Conduct security awareness sessions for users, IS Champions, and third parties.
    • Organize awareness programs during Cyber Jagrukta Divas, Cyber Security Month, and related events.
    • Create emailers, posters, wallpapers on Information and Cyber Security topics.
    Critical Competencies:
    • Engineering Graduate / Management Graduate / Any Graduate with LLB and 4 - 6 years experience (minimum 2 years in Information Security / IT Governance, Risk & Compliance / Vendor Management).
    • Preferred certifications: CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, LLM.
    • Strong coordination, follow-up, and persuasive skills.
