Job Description

    Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager (Field Sales)Location: Navi Mumbai (Travel required across Dadar, Matunga & nearby areas) Salary: Up to 12 LPA Experience: 3-10 years Gender Preference: Female candidates onlyJob BriefWe are looking for a dynamic and high-performing Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading field sales efforts, managing client relationships, and contributing to business expansion through strategic planning and execution. The role requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.Key Responsibilities
    • Achieve growth targets by effectively managing and executing field sales activities
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence
    • Drive client acquisition through B2B sales and relationship-building efforts
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
    • Present sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals
    Requirements
    • Bachelors degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • 3-10 years of overall sales experience, with minimum 3 years in field sales
    • Strong experience in client acquisition, B2B sales, and business development
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field travel
    Additional Information
    • This is a field sales role requiring travel within Navi Mumbai, Dadar, Matunga, and nearby areas
    • Training will be provided for 1520 days to help candidates understand the business and sales process
