Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are looking for below profile for one of our real estate clientDesignation: ASM/DSMNo. of positions: 10Location:Mumbai (Navi Mumbai, Central Mumbai; Thane)Experience: Min 1-3 Years in Real Estate OR any hardcore sales in any domainFreshers with Excellent Communication can also apply.Gender:Male/ FemaleWork from Office mandatory.Work Location - CBD Belapur / ThaneCandidates should have a bike. Fuel reimbursement would be upto 6 k max per month
    • Should have experience in calling the clients and convince them to come for the site visit.
    • Experience in working as a Sourcing or Closing Manager can also apply
    • Connecting the various channel partners and developers and activating them for any project.
    • Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales
    • Coordinate site visit with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
    • Ensuring final documents are organized
    • Making available property databases of the area.
    • Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company
    • Catering clients as per their need from the available database
