You will play a critical role in ensuring successful delivery of initiatives tied to Dows AI Catalyst and Transform to Outperform strategies.**Key Responsibilities:**- Collaborate with project teams to design, implement, and maintain enterprise software and analytics solutions.- Create user acceptance testing plans, coordinate testing activities, and implement changes based on UAT findings.- Maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, processes, and changes to ensure transparency and compliance.- Work closely with developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.- Identify opportunities for enhancements and ensure timely implementation of improvements.- Ensure adherence to IT architecture, security, and compliance standards throughout solution delivery.- Provide clear updates and documentation to stakeholders ensuring alignment and understanding of project progress.**Qualifications:**- Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in IT analysis, software development, or related roles.- Core Technical Expertise (2-4 Years Demonstrated Experience).**Your Skills:**- Experience with Enterprise Analytics platforms and cloud technologies.- Familiarity with DevOps practices and version control systems (e.g., Git).- Knowledge of data visualization tools like PowerBI (DAX, PowerQuery, and RLS) and basic data analysis techniques.- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.- Experience with Testing & Quality Assurance, programming languages (Python, SQL, etc.), and enterprise software platforms.- Ability to create clear, detailed documentation and ensure adherence to governance standards.- Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative work environments.**Additional Details:**No relocation support is provided for this role.**About Dow Chemical International Pvt Ltd:**Dow Chemical International Private Limited (Dow India) aims to be the most innovative, sustainable, inclusive, customer-centric materials science company.
