Job Description

    As an Automation Solution Architect specializing in UI Path, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of scalable test automation solutions for web and mobile platforms. Your role will involve collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across geographies, including onsite engagement in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:- Define and drive end-to-end automation architecture for web and mobile applications.- Design scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation frameworks using Selenium and Appium.- Establish automation standards, best practices, governance, and a long-term roadmap.- Provide strong hands-on leadership in implementing OOPS principles and Page Object Model (POM).- Review and guide automation framework design, code quality, and technical solutions.- Act as a technical advisor for internal and client stakeholders.- Translate business and quality requirements into robust automation solutions.- Mentor and guide automation teams on frameworks, tools, and best practices.- Participate in solution design discussions, effort estimations, and architecture reviews.Qualifications Required:- 15 years of experience in QA / Automation.- Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI Path Automation professional.- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium.- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.- Willingness to travel and work onsite from the UAE as required.The company also values candidates with experience working with enterprise or large-scale automation programs, exposure to CI/CD integration and automation execution pipelines, and prior experience in BFSI or regulated domains.
