Job Description

    Work Location: Vashi, Navi MumbaiJob Overview:We are looking to hire fresh graduates (Batch 2hidden_mobile) for the role of Back-end Operations Executive for our Finance & Accounting line of business. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to start their career with structured training and long-term growth.Career Progression & Compensation Structure:
    • Stage 1 Apprenticeship (First 6 Months):
      • Candidates will be onboarded as Apprentices and will undergo training in the respective function.
      • Stipend: 13,000 per month
    • Stage 2 Full-Time Employment (Post Apprenticeship):
      • Based on performance, candidates will be converted to Full-Time Employees on Probation.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle back-end operations related to Finance & Accounting processes
    • Perform data entry, data validation, and document processing
    • Maintain records and ensure accuracy of financial data
    • Process invoices, payments, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks
    • Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards
    • Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
    • Coordinate with internal teams for process completion
    • Maintain confidentiality of financial and client data
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Education: Any Graduate (Batch hidden_mobile6 pass-outs)
    • Experience: Freshers only
    • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office
    • Good communication and comprehension skills
    • Willingness to work in a back-end, non-voice process
    • Ready to work from Vashi location
    Desired Skills:
    • Good attention to detail
    • Basic understanding of Finance & Accounting concepts (preferred)
    • Ability to work in a process-driven environment
    • Willingness to learn and grow
    • Good typing and computer skills
