    As a Customer Support Executive in a leading BPO/KPO company, your role involves handling voice, email, and chat processes. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support services to clients. Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer inquiries and issues through voice, email, and chat channels- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and escalations- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service orientation- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targetsQualifications Required:- Excellent command over English language- Willingness to work in US/UK shifts- Minimum qualification of 10th Pass (SSC) with 6 months of experienceAdditionally, this company offers a competitive salary of up to 60,000 with annual bonuses, fixed shifts, weekends off, and growth opportunities.
