    • Drivesales, recruitment, activation, and persistencytargets for the branch.

    • Ensureconsistent field engagement, motivation, and performance coaching.
    • Promote a culture ofethical selling and customer centricity.
    • Ensure branch-level compliance withIRDAI and company standards.
    Ideal candidate should have
    • 812 years of experience inSales / Distribution, preferably inLife Insurance Agency Channel.
    • Proven track record of leading large sales teams.
    • Strong business acumen, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
