Job Description

    • Assess the needs of clinicians and recommend appropriate products.
    • Provide product information and distribute product samples.
    • Use effective selling techniques to communicate and promote our products, including performing cost-benefit analyses.
    • Present products to end-users in the operating theatre.
    • Participate in sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposiums.
    • Maintain detailed records of all interactions.
    • Organize and execute continuing medical education (CME) sessions, webinars, conferences, and other educational events.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies that ensure a consistent marketing message.
    • Create work schedules and timetables on a weekly and monthly basis with the sales team in the area.
    • Conduct cold calls and visit potential clients on-site.
    • Schedule appointments with hospital staff and administrators.
    • Manage all leads and customer relationships within a designated territory.
    • Cultivate relationships with hospital personnel.
    • Educate medical staff on the advantages of our products.
    • Provide product demonstrations and ongoing support.
    • Place replenishment orders for existing accounts.
    • Maximize profits through upselling and cross-selling additional products.
    • Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
    • Gather, analyze, and present field sales data to aid in strategic planning and implementation.
