Job Description

    Company: General Insurance Co.Role: Zonal Training ManagerLocation: MumbaiDepartment : TrainingReporting to: State HeadExperience: Min 5 years of overall experience with 2 years of Insurance exp.Days of working : 5 Days ( Monday - Friday )1. Planning, scheduling & executing training at various levels as per the requirement of variouschannels;2. Setting of the Standard Operating Procedures for the training department;3. Training need identification;4. prioritization of focus areas for both functional & behavioral areas for all the functions;5 Identification of external training vendors-administer them and analyze the effectiveness of suchtrainings;6 Ensuring the total responsibility in content development;7 Monthly update of existing modules & preparation of new modules & uploading of the same ininternal L&D portal;8 Ensure Training effectiveness & Transfer of learningInterested candidates can share their resume on hidden_email or can contact on hidden_mobile
