Job Description

    • Duties/Responsibilities (including but not limited to the below):
    • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth in the chemical industry. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and emerging industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to maximize business potential. Lead sales efforts by setting targets, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts to secure new business. Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and improve performance. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment with business goals. Visit existing clients on a monthly basis to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional business.

    • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree in Business or a relevant discipline is a plus.
    • Physical Requirements:
      • Ability to travel frequently to client locations.
