    Key Responsibilities:1. Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic vision and business plan for BLL. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals. Drive growth and profitability while ensuring alignment with BLLs mission and values.2. Representation at Events: Attend conferences, conclaves, and industry meets on behalf of BLL. Act as the face of BLL, engaging with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and partners. Build and nurture strategic alliances to expand the organizations reach and influence.3. Industry Association Involvement: Participate actively in industry associations, chambers of commerce, and related groups. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and opportunities. Leverage industry connections to advance BLLs interests.4. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Develop and implement effective business strategies to. capitalize on market trends. Monitor competition and adapt BLLs strategies accordingly. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Demonstrated experience in representing organizations at industry events. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
