Job Description

    Job Summary:The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a crucial role in the expansion of the companys business. The BDM is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to acquire new clients, and strengthening relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, business acumen, and a keen ability to identify market trends and growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Identifying New Business Opportunities:
      • Research and identify potential Doctors and new markets.
      • Generate leads and create sales pipelines through networking, cold calls, and market research.
      • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build connections.
    2. Doctors Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
      • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and services for clients.
    3. Sales Strategy and Execution:
      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
      • Present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
      • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales progress in CRM software.
    4. Market Research and Analysis:
      • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential market opportunities.
      • Identify new sectors and verticals for business expansion.
      • Provide insights and recommendations based on market data.
    5. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
      • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
      • Provide feedback to product and service teams based on client needs and market trends.
    6. Reporting and Performance Tracking:
      • Track sales performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress to senior management.
      • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and results.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Education:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Masters preferred).
    • Experience:1 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Industry-specific experience may be a plus.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
      • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
      • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
