Job Description

    Purpose: The job holders primary role is to build, develop and grow a performing sales team for achieving branch business targets. Need to be adept at managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. Develop sales strategies and attract new clients by way of doing sourcing new sales / channel partner opportunities in assigned location and ensure to close sales to achieve targets. Activate and leverage new channel partners through identification, development, engagement, and growth of partnerships. Continuous development of new activities and events for superior leads for offering our finance schemes and ensure conversions - subject to credit and technical norms.
    • Achieve budgets in terms of total disbursal Volumes, budgeted IRR and Cross Sell.
    • Recruit, develop and grow a performing team at the branch for used commercial vehicle business.
    • Ensure productivity norms of the team as a unit.
    • Acquire direct customers and fleets of Pre-owned and Used commercial vehicles.
    • Identify and source new channel partners from organized and unorganized segment of the market.
    • Build and develop relationship with used CV dealers, brokers , referral partners in the assigned territory.
    • Ensure RC and Insurance transfers through empaneled RTO Agencies.
    • Ensure the assets are duly insured and contingencies are covered.
    • Ensure portfolio quality and be responsible for early delinquency & collections for 12 months.
    • Ensure all documents, KYC, asset papers are in good order.
