Job BriefAs a Business Advisor, youll provide expert advice to clients on strategic planning and decision-making, helping them identify growth opportunities and address challenges. Your main goal will be to deliver services related to business registrations, tax services, and corporate filings.Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer requests over the phone and email
• Respond to customer requests within the accepted turn-around time
• Complete tasks like filing forms, applying for licenses, etc.
• Provide regular updates to the client
• Report to team leaders on job performance
Requirements and Skills
• Basic computer skills
• Good English writing and speaking skills
• Ability to converse with clients over email and phone
• Positive attitude and punctual work ethics
• Ability to learn quickly
• Experience working with CRM and project management tools
Job Details
• Salary: 15,000 - 30000 per month (plus incentives)
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Location: Navi Mumbai
