    Call Center Executive, BPO Associate, U.K / U.S / AUS ShiftPosition: Sr.CSE (Senior Customer Service Executive)Qualification: H.S.C 6 months of any experience or moreGraduate FreshersS.S.C with 3 years diploma is accepted which would be considered as an H.S.C however the candidate should have minimum 6 months of any experienceAge Criteria: 19 to 50
    1. Voice process (Inbound )
    2. Receive calls from customers to resolve their issues
    3. Reply to customers and address their concerns
    4. Communicate with the client via phone to discuss ongoing issues
    5. Handling customer queries and solving them effectively.
