Job Description

    Designation: BDMJob Description Generate New Business to the Bank by doing fresh Acquisition of CASA & other Banking products.Manage and sell Savings Account by conducting several marketing activities.Understand and analyse the customer needs and provide customised solutions to fulfil their requirements.Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.Specific Requirements:Should be tech savvy and comfortable using gadgets like tab/mobilesAny prior sales experience in Banking /Financial Services/Insurance/NBFC/Pharma/Telecom sector is a mustPreference would be given to candidates with Banking Sales background (Liability Products)Desired Behavioural / Functional Traits:Should be young and energetic with passion for salesStrong customer service orientation along with process adherenceEducation: Graduation mustWork Experience: 1 - 5 years sales experience preferably from Banking/Financial industry backgroundAge Range: 21 - 30 YearsSalary: Maximum up to 6 lacs (Based on current CTC & experience)Dress Code: FormalFor interview - Candidates should carry the hard copy of updated resume, salary slips & appointment letter of their current organisation & mention the consultancy reference name of top of the cv to avoid duplicity.Job location: Andheri to South Mumbai:All over Central line Thane & Navi Mumbai
