Job Description

    Chartered Accountant
    1. Manage the Accounting of the Group and All personal Accounts of Directors
    2. Provide advisory for Revenue Leakages and Cost Optimization
    3. Provide advisory for certain Export and Import Transactions, and its relevant documentation as well as GST and other Export Benefits
    4. Certification for Export Transactions and Closure of Advance Licenses
    5. Ensure the Exports Team is closing BRCs with banks
    6. Provide Certificates to Banks for closure of various documents e.g. MTT certificates
    7. Fulfill the Certification requirements of Tenders
    8. Handle Certification of Individuals for Bank Purposes
    9. Verifying Stock Statements to be submitted to Banks
    10. GST Return filing of the Group, Rakesh Shah, Maitry Shah, Rakesh HUF, Hrishi Shah and Dhruvi Shah
