Job Description

    Our client is a leading Manufacturing company in India. Currently they are setting up BTL Marketing Team across India.
    • Alignment with the Marketing plan and budget
    • Align tasks with the overall marketing and the zonal planning and budgeting exercise.
    • Manage the product / service for the brand
    • Defining specification of the product / service and approve the samples.
    • Generating and allocating GRN for all products.
    • Ensuring safe and appropriate storage for all products to ensure zero pilferage or damage.
    • Dispatch of product as per requirement and ensuring zero error while executing this.
    • Manage vendors to enable execution of marketing related activities within timelines
    • Perform evaluations and reference checks to ensure superior quality of vendors within budget while sourcing them.
    • Manage vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of the project by effectively tackling interpersonal issues, and commercial issues.
    • Onboarding, managing and ensuring compliance for all vendors including process handholding of raising POs, advances etc.
    • Track outstanding invoices as well as open advances.
    • Ensure timely bill clearance of vendors.
    • Share Marketing Commercial issues with relevant internal stakeholders across functions.
    • Create processes and synergies for periodic execution of marketing commercial related activities across functions.
    • Coordinate with procurement team for invoices and payments.
