Job Description

    Location: Navi Mumbai Airport Cuisine Specialty: Asian Cuisine (Chinese / Thai / Pan-Asian)About the Role:We are looking for skilled and passionate Commis 1 and Commis 2 chefs specializing in Asian cuisine to join our kitchen team at Navi Mumbai Airport. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in preparing, cooking, and presenting Asian dishes while maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and speed.This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced premium airport culinary environment.Key Responsibilities:For Commis 1:Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Asian cuisine dishes (Chinese, Thai, Pan-Asian).Assist in menu development and daily specials.Maintain portion control, consistency, and taste standards.Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly during service hours.Guide and support junior kitchen staff (Commis 2/3).Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to airport F&B safety guidelines.For Commis 2:Assist in food prep for Asian dishes such as stir-fry, dim sum, noodles, curries, fried rice, and appetizers.Support Commis 1 and the Chef de Partie in daily operations.Follow recipes, portion control, and plating standards.Ensure workstation cleanliness and proper food storage.Maintain hygiene standards and follow SOPs.Requirements:
    • Experience:
