Job Description

    Statutory & Regulatory Registrations & Return filingContract Labor & license for 24X7 operations.Registration under Shops & Establishment Act & Trade LicensePayment of Gratuity ActEmployment Exchange ActMinimum Wages ActPayment of Wages Act & Equal Remuneration ActMaternity Benefits Act & Labur welfare fundRegistration & drafting sexual harassment policy for assign clients.Payment of Bonus ActRegistration for Provident fund, ESIC & Profession TaxOn Going compliance operations & Client InteractionSupervising the activities of team members, managing and resolving the queries of Internal team & clientsScreening and Reporting to Client and Management in MIS Reports fo Compliance operations and progress.Identifying Compliance Issues that require follow-up or investigation.Filling statutory returns with appropriate regulatory compliance authorities within specified due dates.Consulting with Corporate Attorneys as necessary to address difficult legal compliance issues.Keeping clients informed about action strategies in case of compliance standard violations.Drafting and Replying to various Government NoticesHandling PF Withdrawal, Transfer, PF Loan Application, and other related benefits under the P FAct.Liasoning with Govt. Authorities for Attending the Inspection conducted by PF, ESIC, LWF, Shop &Establishment, and Labour Department, and provide them to all the required documents related to the Inspections.Looking after Contract Labour Management as per the Contract Labour Act.Coordinate with Internal & External Auditors during the Monthly & Quarterly Audits to resolve the queries.Monitoring and Renew the Contract Agreement, Shop Establishment, Contract Labor Licenses,and other respective policy as per the client requirement and Acts.
