Job Description

    PROFILE- Deputy Manager, (CSM)Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Building up strong relationship with the middle & senior management of FIG clients by meeting them personally and frequently
    • Addressing & solving their queries in a proactive and productive manner by coordinating with Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Mid office team and other departments at HO well within defined TATs
    • Maintaining and updating various business trackers and MIS from time to time.
    • Ensure all activities pertaining to audits are executed in timely manner.
    • Spearhead all IT initiatives of FIG with the clients.
    • B2B, B2C, Client servicing, Escalation Mgt, Churn Mgt, Operation Mgt
    REQUIRMENT:DATA HANDLING & ADVANCE EXCEL MUSTEducation: BCOM/BE/BTECH/BSC/BMSNON BFSIAGE- UP TO 33Experience No.: 3 years EXP. IN Customer ServicesCTCUP TO 5LPA
