Job Description

    Hiring Customer Relationship Manager for ICICI Lombard contact center @ Vashi Office**THIS IS AN ON-ROLL OPPORTUNITY WITH ICICI LOMBARD**Vertical : E-Channel - Digital One
    • Designation: -Customer Relationship Manager
    • Role: -Handling outbound calls (Customer Service)
    • Shift Timing:-Male: 7:00 AM TO 12:30 PM (Night Shifts) any 9.30 hrs shift & Female: 7:00 AM TO 8:30 PM any 9.30 hrs.
    • Week-Off: -5 Days working 2 days rotational off

    • Role & Responsibilities: -
    • Outbound calling and converting lead into sales
    • Customer logs on to the website and raises query for the products
    • CRE to call customer and understand query and sell the product accordingly
    • Explaining the customers product features and benefits
    • Ensuring all compliance and SLA of the call are adhered
    • Achieving daily, weekly, monthly, targets
    • Training will be given.
    • Skills Require: -
    1. Graduate Mandatory (Full time/Part time/ Correspondence)2. Good Communication in English/Hindi3. Age: 20-304. Open for voice process5. Call-center experience in GI industry will be an added advantage6.
