Job Description

    Customer Service Executive Company Eat Easy - https://eateasyfoods.com/ Location: Mulund West, Mumbai.Experience: 1-2 years in sales or tele-calling is preferred.Language Proficiency: Fluent in Kutchi and Gujarati (essential)Salary: Depends upon Interview.Key Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
    • Present and promote Eat Easys ready-to-eat products effectively.
    • Build relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups to ensure conversions.
    • Handle objections with excellent convincing skills and close deals confidently.
    • Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and suggesting the right products.
    • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales in the database.
    • Use technology tools and systems efficiently to manage customer data and sales tracking.
    • Create and manage sales reports using Excel to track progress and performance.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and customers to drive conversions.
    • Stay organized by managing and updating internal systems regularly.
    Requirements:
    • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Kutchi and Gujarati (essential).
    • Sales Skills: Proven ability to sell and achieve targets.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, ability to engage customers effectively.
    • Convincing Power: Ability to overcome objections and persuade customers to buy.
    • Tech-Savvy: Must know how to use technology tools and be proficient in Excel.
    • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and capable of managing systems and processes efficiently.
    • Follow-Up Expertise: Adept at timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
    • Experience: 1-2 years in sales or tele-calling is preferred, but freshers with excellent skills are welcome.
