Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Support ExecutiveJob Location: (Mumbai Turbhe, Powai, Bhandup)Job Type: Full-timeSalary - 13 k- 20 kJob Summary:As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service. Youll communicate with customers through phone, email, or chat to ensure their needs are met quickly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
    • Answer customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a polite and professional manner.
    • Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Provide product or service information to customers.
    • Keep records of customer interactions and update the system.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
    • Collaborate with other departments to solve customer problems.
    • Maintain a positive, helpful, and friendly attitude.
    Required Skills:
    • Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • Patience and the ability to handle difficult customers.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
    • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support software.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Prior experience in customer support or related field is a plus but not required
