Job Description

    Hiring for a Customer Service (Analyst)Location - Powai, HiranandaniExperience - Fresher to 2.5 Years of experience (Excellent communication skills)CTC Offered - 3.5 LPAOpenings - MultipleDays of working - 5 (Monday to Friday)Interview round - 1Immediate joiners onlyInterview tomorrow between 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM- Supporting the business in the Reporting and MI for multiple clients- Ensuring each team is staffed appropriately, and shrinkages managed toensure KPIs, and SLAs can be met- Taking ownership of preparing MI reports across all areas of performancemeasurement- Being responsible for timely delivery of all periodic reports within agreed SL- Analyzing and reviewing team performance to seek for efficiencies and build short/mid/long time strategies- Co-operating with internal stakeholders to support them with key decisions around running operations- Providing analysis of reports, maintaining an environment of continuous and measurable improvement- Working closely with operations management to maximize data usage byidentifying and recommending opportunities to increase sales volumes andmaximize revenue- Co-ordinating and preparing all data extraction and cleansing within agreed parameters- Holding regular meetings with client reviewing performance of existing tasks and campaigns- Responsible for modelling advanced tools supporting senior stakeholders to make strategic decisions for existing operations- Creating client facing weekly, month and quarterly business reviewsDrop your resumes onvaibhavmehta@acme-services.in
