Work with a dynamic team of system experts on Advent Softwares suite of cloud services. Technologies include Linux, Windows, Active Directory, SQL Server, VMWare vSphere, Citrix XenApp, Netapp, SolarWinds, Jenkins and Chef to name a few. Technical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to follow runbooks are required qualities to be successful in this position.Duties will include: Deploy and support APX and Moxy in SS&C Advents hosted client environments (Advent Outsourcing Services, or AOS), including application troubleshooting, upgrades and patches Assist in testing and updating existing runbooks Install and configure Advents proprietary applications and Microsoft SQL Server Collaborate with team members and mentor junior staff Develop and follow detailed project plans, schedules and related project documentation Participate in team on-call rotation Competency RequirementsCompetency is based on: education, training, skills and experience.
