Performed by expert orthopedic surgeons within our state-of-the-art Bone & Joint Centre,this technology ensures personalized, accurate, and minimally invasive joint replacement, delivering superior outcomes in Namahas trusted, patient-focused environment.Were now looking for a Digital Marketing specialist to lead this charge and scale our brands digital presence across channels.Digital MarketingRole OverviewThe Digital Marketing specialist will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, community growth, and online sales. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical ability ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys wearingmultiple hats.You will collaborate closely with the content, creative, product, and e-commerce teams tocreate marketing experiences that excite our audience and drive measurable growth.Key Responsibilities--Branding & Corporate Communication-Develop and implement hospital branding strategies in line with the organizations vision and goals.-Ensure consistent brand identity across all hospital communication materials and platforms.-Oversee creation and distribution of hospital brochures, signage, internal collaterals, and patient information materials.-Manage media relations, press releases, and hospital publicity initiatives.Digital Marketing-Plan and manage digital campaigns across social media, SEO, and online advertising platforms.-Monitor and enhance hospital website content, ensuring updated and engaging information.-Coordinatingfor radio shows, podcasts and talk shows.-Track and manage online reputation through Google reviews, social media comments, and feedback platforms.-Analyze digital campaign performance and provide monthly ROI reports to management.Offline Marketing & Events-Organize and oversee hospital promotional events, health camps, and community awareness programs.-Coordinate with departments for doctor talks, workshops, and public health education sessions.-Plan marketing collaterals for print and outdoor advertising, including hoardings and banners.-Ensure branding standards are maintained at all events and across physical touchpoints.Doctor Engagement & Referral Development-Develop and implement doctor referral and engagement programs to increase patient referrals.-Coordinate with medical and operations teams to support new consultant onboarding promotions.-Maintain regular communication with key referring doctors and clinics and also focus on generating strong base of doctors.-Explore and tap new geographical areas for achieving business objectives. -Monitor referral trends and prepare monthly analysis for management review.-Corporate Tie-Ups & Institutional Marketing-Identify and establish tie-ups with corporates, schools, and organizations for health check packages.-Promote preventive health programs and annual corporate health initiatives.-Develop B2B relationships and maintain ongoing engagement with corporate clients.-Ensure timely renewal and servicing of existing corporate accounts and partnerships.-Market Research & Competitive Analysis-Conduct periodic market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.-To collect and analyze daily sales report, MIS report, competitors report or any other similar reports from the Team and updating management.-Prepare reports on local healthcare market share and service demand projections.-Provide insights for new service launches and branding campaigns based on patient demographics and feedback.Budgeting & ROI Management-Prepare and manage annual marketing budgets in coordination with finance and management.-Monitor expenditure against approved budgets and optimize cost efficiency of marketing activities.-Track ROI for all marketing initiatives and report key performance outcomes to management.Team Leadership & Coordination-Lead and supervise the marketing and design team to ensure timely execution of campaigns.-Coordinate with hospital departments to support internal communication and brand initiatives.-Collaborate with vendors, creative agencies, and media partners for content and campaign execution.-Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback and training as required.If the position interests you and you find a fitment kindly Share your cv at-hidden_emailor contactRajat- hidden_mobileKindly share-current ctc n notice period- Expected ctc-Open to work in Kandiwali@east-Open to join in 15 days- Open to an individual contribution role
