The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and experience in education counselling.Key Responsibilities
    • Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries.
    • Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
    • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
    • Follow up with leads and convert them into successful admissions.
    • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing.
    • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
    • Manage and mentor the counselling team (for senior-level candidates).
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • 110 years of experience in Education Counselling or EdTech Sales.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
    • Basic computer knowledge.
    • Target-driven with a positive attitude.
    • Team handling and leadership skills are preferred.
