Job Description

    Designation - Executive Insurance Coordinator.Location - Belapur. Navi Mumbai,Experience : 1 to 2 yearsJob Summary:We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Insurance Coordinator to manage and coordinate all aspects of our insurance programs. This role will involve working closely with executive leadership, vendors, and employees to ensure comprehensive coverage and compliance with regulatory requirements.- Insurance Management: Oversee the administration of all insurance policies, including health, life, liability, and property insurance.- Policy Coordination: Collaborate with insurance brokers and carriers to negotiate terms, renewals, and coverage adjustments.- Claims Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution and effective communicationwith stakeholders.- Compliance and Reporting: Monitor compliance with industry regulations and internal policies; prepare reports for executive leadership on insurance metrics and performance.- Budgeting: Assist in the development and management of the insurance budget, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.- Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees regarding insurance benefits, claims processes, and policy details.- Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff are informed about available insurance options and best practices.(Candidate should have worked in hospital Insurance experience).
