Job Description

    Role Overview (immediateJoiner)
    • Job Title:Field Executive Documentation
    • Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Field-intensive across city/suburbs
    • Industry: Housing Finance / Home Loans / NBFC
    • Department: Credit Operations / Post-Sanction & Disbursement
    Key Responsibilities
    • Field Visits: Travel across Mumbai to franchisees and banks to collect physical KYC, income proofs, and property/legal documents.
    • Document Verification: Conduct preliminary on-the-spot checks of original papers against photocopies for accuracy and authenticity.
    • Liaison & Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with internal credit, legal, and operations teams, as well as external technical vendors.
    • Disbursement Support: Help complete fast-track signing of loan agreements, franking formalities, and collection of signed legal undertakings before fund release.
    • Reporting & MIS: Update daily visit logs, upload verified digital copies onto the companys mobile/CRM application in real-time, and report discrepancies immediately.
    Requirements & Qualifications
    • Education: Minimum Graduate (Commerce, Arts, or Science preferred)
    • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant field experience (prefer in home loans, mortgage operations, or banking collection/verification processes) within the Mumbai region.
    Skills:
    • Smart, energetic, and professional presentation for face-to-face client interactions.
    • Sound working knowledge of local geography and routes across Mumbai/MMR.
    • Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi for smooth client communication.
    • Tech-savvy with hands-on usage of mobile document apps and CRM tools.
