Below are the details:-IF interested Please share your Updated resume to hidden_emailPlease mention Finance Trainer in Subject line, Any Profile shared without relevant subject line will not be considered.Job descriptionFull-time training manager to train people, making them ready for controlling activities.Good interpersonal skills and ability to liase with Global Finance Audience.Expect to run similar training for people in Poland Finance as well (Part of GSS).Some short-duration travel would be necessary in this role.The person should be able to train people on the overall Capgemini structure, Finance structure, P/L structure of Capgemini, and some basic various system training like HFM, Oracle, SAP (when rolled out), and so on.We have almost 30 people joining finance every month at various levels.The person should be able to take batches every month in a systematic way to train new joiners, provide them resources as part of training, and bring them to speed to start the actual work.Primary SkillsKnowledge of finance is a must.Able to create training content (slides, interactive content).Design, coordinate, and Conduct various Core finance training within CoE reporting and CoE Controlling.SAP system knowledge is necessary. If we can find someone who knows Oracle and SAP, that would be idealAble to travel and take the training online also for participants outside.Secondary SkillsExcellent communication and English command.Locations: Pune / MumbaiJob level: C1/C2 (8-16 Years Experience).IF interested Please share your Updated resume to hidden_email
