Job Description

    Hiring: CSE (Escalation Officers - Bank Payroll)Location: Juinagar, Navi MumbaiEmployment Type: Full-Time | Bank PayrollKey Responsibilities:
      • Handle customer complaints and escalations received through voice.
      • Investigate and resolve customer grievances within defined timelines.
      • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of escalated cases.
      • Maintain accurate records of complaints, resolutions, and follow-ups.
      • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal service standards.
      • Identify recurring customer issues and recommend process improvements.
      • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
    Eligibility Criteria:Graduation MandatoryAge: Below 30 yearsExperience:
      • Minimum 1 year of experience in handling customer complaints/escalations.
      • Experience in Voice or Non-Voice customer service processes.
      • BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience preferred.
