Job Description

    Hiring for Manager (Sales & Marketing)Location - Vashi Navi MumbaiRoles and Responsibility:
    • Provide technical support to existing customers (Local & International) in terms of product specifications, samples, technical documents from the plant.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments like factory (production, dispatchesandquality), R&D (for new molecules, applicationsandtechnical specifications), accounts (for billingandcollections) etc
    • Prospecting for new customers through internet, references, existing databaseandnew database within the companyandvisit.
    • Managing customer satisfactionandrepeat business.
    • Achieving targetedsalesat defined margins would be critical for this role.
    • The role calls for a go getter with leadership skills.
    • Identify opportunities in the Localandinternational markets.
    • Follow up with Internationalandlocal clients for orders, follow up, shipments, documentation, its submission, services,andpayment.
    Skills Required:PreferablyB.Sc / B.Pharma / M.Sc / BMS with PG / MBA inMarketingcandidateswith relevant experience in the API sector can be considered on merit10 to 12 years experience in handlingSalesactivity in the API sector.Must have proven track record of independently & successfully prospectingandcompleting thesalescycle forsalesof specialized molecules for an API / Bulk Drug unit.Must be technically competent with good understanding of cGMP proceduresShould be able to engage effectively with existing & prospective customersExcellent key accounts management skills
