Job Description

    Hiring for Retail sales Executive role in for aPvt ltdJewellers.Location: Mumbai (Kandivali, Borivali, Goregaon, Kurla, Ghatkopar, Mulund) We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to engage customers and drive sales.Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet customers warmly and assist them in product selection.
    • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
    • Keep the sales floor clean and organized.
    • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
    • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
    • Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
